COMMITED
To a culture of safety and listening at every level of our sport, every day.

Committed · Attentive · Responsible — for everyone's safeguarding across the world of triathlon, paratriathlon and multisport.
Everyone, from children to adults, has the right to participate in, enjoy, and grow through Triathlon, Para Triathlon, and Multisport. At World Triathlon, we are committed to safeguarding by helping create an environment that is welcoming and inclusive — where everyone feels safe, respected, understood and protected from any abuse, harm, neglect or exploitation.
We believe safeguarding is not only about responding when something goes wrong, but also about taking proactive steps to prevent harm and build a culture of safety and trust across all levels of our sport.
Our framework for how we show up — at training camps, on race courses, in our offices and on every line of communication.
To a culture of safety and listening at every level of our sport, every day.
To changing risks, to power imbalances, and to the wellbeing of children and vulnerable adults.
Together — federations, staff, coaches, technical officials, athletes and parents share the duty of care.
This belongs to all of us, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, ability or role in the sport.
