Officer

Who is the TRI Safeguarding Officer?

The Safeguarding Officer is the single point of contact for any concerns related to welfare, abuse, harassment, or participant safety. World Triathlon uses an independent organisation — Sport Resolutions — for this purpose.

The TRI Safeguarding Officer is the contact person in the case of an alleged violation of the Safeguarding Policy, and is responsible for case management of any reports. The Officer is an expert in safeguarding matters — completely external and fully independent from World Triathlon staff.
